Planning Our Future Follow-Up Survey – Greater Philadelphia Region of Narcotics Anonymous

On Saturday, 9/23/23, addicts in GPRNA attended a Planning Our Future event which aimed to identify ways in which GPRNA can better carry the message to the addict who still suffers. Attendees generated three consensus project ideas. Now, we are asking for input from all addicts in GPRNA to determine which project should be started first.

Project Descriptions

Addicts who attended the Planning Our Future event on 9/23/23 identified three areas of focus that could be regional projects in the future. They are:

Regional Inventory
The Region would create an inventory of effective/non-effective service delivery for the purpose of annual strategic planning and to identify areas where task groups could be valuable.
Fellowship Development
The Region would focus on newer member mentorship and pathways to service by creating a service orientation packet geared toward educating new members about service.
Communication
The Region would focus on cohesive and consistent communication utilizing a mix of new and existing communication strategies (i.e. website, email, text blasts, fliers, in-person and virtual meetings, etc.)
