The AZF task group is looking for individual members of our Zone to participate in the survey (no matter what level of service they are or even if they are not in service at all

As directed by the facilitator of our task group to email to our AZF members; here is the link to our survey. Please fill it out and send it out to all our regions asking to forward to as many members in our zone.
We are closing the collection on Jan 30th encouraging all who are in attendance at our AZF event to fill it out if they have not yet done so. Then that evening we plan on collecting the results and with the help of members from the NEZF put in presentation form for our Sunday report.
